The introduction of the revised Construction Design Management Regulations in 2007, created the role of CDM Co-ordinator. Since then Western Building Consultants have strived to achieve excellence as CDM-Co-ordinators and provide a professional service to clients.
With the introduction of the CDM 2015 Regulations the role of the CDM Co-ordinator has now changed and the emphasis on Health & Safety has shifted towards the new role of a Principal Designer. With this change much of the duties under the regulations have changed and a summery can be found here.
